Sound Camps

Attendee and sound-camp systems must be battery and solar powered only — participant fuel generators are not permitted.

Weather & Altitude

  • The intended private mountain venue sits at about 6,500 feet elevation. October nights in the mountains can drop into the 30s-40s°F. Bring very warm layers, extra blankets, and a quality sleeping bag. Days are typically mild and sunny (60s-70s°F).
What is Reeguez Rocks 2026?

Reeguez Rocks is a community-driven bass and dubstep music festival entering its sixth year. We are a community-funded event, meaning every ticket sold directly increases the production quality and artist lineup.

How does community funding work?

Every ticket sold moves the festival toward a 270-ticket public cap inside a 350-person total on-site cap. Tier I sales work toward the $25,772 first funding marker, which funds the operating deposit path and required confirmation pool. After that marker, Tier II sales continue building artist pay, conditional sound/operating reserve, operations, ambience, workshops, and contingency through sellout at about $45,043 ticket gross. The sound upgrade only happens if the model is holding cleanly; otherwise that reserve can support experience and operating expenses.

What happens if the intended venue changes?

The event remains active. If the intended Angelus Oaks venue cannot be confirmed, Wook Events LLC may secure a replacement venue. If the full event is cancelled, attendee refunds are issued through Stripe for the amount paid minus any non-retrievable event costs already spent or committed and not returned to Wook Events LLC.

Do ticket prices increase?

Yes. The planned increase is when the $25,772 first funding marker is reached. Tier I prices are 4-Day $200, 3-Day $150, and 2-Day $100. After the marker, prices step to Tier II: 4-Day $240, 3-Day $180, and 2-Day $120. If hidden or underestimated required costs show up during sales, we may introduce new or different future tiers to keep the event aligned with the payment structure. Completed purchases are not repriced retroactively.

What perks do early backers get?

Early buyers lock the lower Tier I price before the first funding marker. After that marker, Tier II pricing runs through sellout at 270 public tickets.

What are the stages like?

The Bowl is planned as the Main Stage — the primary daytime and evening production area. The K Lodge is the dedicated smaller late-night stage, designed as a lower-energy, vibey wind-down spot where people can slowly end the night toward sunrise. The Dome is a 24-foot geodesic PVC sensory lounge with a canvas cover, comfortable seating, carpets, pillows, blankets, textures, colors, and a calmer place to decompress. Ticket cap: 270 public tickets — intentionally small, community-scale.

Can I bring my own sound system?

Yes! Sound camps are highly encouraged. We have a dedicated section of the campground for sound camps, separated from quieter camping areas so everyone can rest when they need to. The venue has a strict No Generator policy — all systems must be powered by batteries and/or solar panels.

What is the age requirement?

21+ only. Valid government-issued ID required at check-in. BYOB — no bar, no alcohol sales on site.

Are pets allowed?

No. For the safety of wildlife and all attendees, pets are not permitted. ADA-compliant service animals may be accommodated — please contact us in advance.

What is the refund policy?

Before the intended venue is fully confirmed: The event remains active and Wook Events LLC may secure a replacement venue if needed.
After venue confirmation: All sales are final, but transfers are allowed by email name swap.
Full cancellation: Attendee refunds are issued through Stripe for the amount paid minus any non-retrievable event costs already spent or committed and not returned to Wook Events LLC. Event deposits are refundable under full event cancellation in good faith to both parties, with process and timing documented in writing.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Email us at reeguezrocks@gmail.com with the original order details and the new attendee's name and email. Transfers must be completed at least 7 days before the event.

What are the venue rules?

Strictly prohibited: Glass, weapons, participant fuel generators, open fires, excessive alcohol, and illegal items. Only propane stoves are permitted. No remote or dispersed camping is allowed; attendees must camp in designated areas. We are in a national forest and a high fire-danger area. Leave No Trace principles are enforced — pack out everything you bring in.

What should I bring?

Tent, sleeping bag rated for cold weather, very warm layers (nights at 6,500ft in October can drop into the 30s°F), headlamp, reusable water bottle, sunscreen, trash bags, and a propane stove if you plan to cook. Download offline maps before you arrive — cell service is very limited.

Is there food available on-site?

Yes! We will have food vendors on-site throughout the festival. You're also welcome to bring your own food — just store it in bear boxes or your vehicle. Crew and artist meals are handled separately by the event team.

Is there water and showers?

Yes. Potable water is available on-site. Restrooms and showers are free and included with your ticket. Event volunteers will help keep bathrooms, showers, and trash flow maintained, and local vendors will handle waste removal and porta potty servicing.

Is there cell service?

Signal is extremely limited. We recommend downloading offline maps and coordinating with your group before heading up the mountain. There is no Wi-Fi on-site.

Can I leave and re-enter?

Yes, but gates close at Midnight each night and reopen at 10 AM. The nearest town (Angelus Oaks) has very limited services. Redlands is about 30 minutes down the mountain for groceries and supplies.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, but please be responsible and follow the No Glass rule. Excessive alcohol may be denied at entry. No alcohol will be sold on-site.

Is there medical/safety support?

Yes. EMT coverage will be provided through a camp-affiliated source working through a licensed and insured company. Security coverage is planned as one dedicated on-call licensed guard on site, provided by someone from our community who is familiar with festival security, holds a valid California guard card, and operates through a licensed and insured company. Volunteer teams support 24-hour gate presence, light vehicle checks, and rotating fire patrol, with radio escalation to the licensed guard, but do not replace licensed security. First aid is always available. In case of emergency, call 911 — response times may be longer due to the remote mountain location.

Will there be photography and filming?

Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Materials may be used for promotional purposes including social media, aftermovies, and future marketing.
