Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Reeguez Rocks 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
Pre-confirmation venue stage: Tickets may be sold before the intended venue is fully contractually confirmed because Reeguez Rocks 2026 is planned to happen regardless. Early ticket funding supports the intended venue first and can also support a replacement venue if needed.
Location identity: The event will not publicly use the venue's official name, organizational associations, branding, restricted marks, or institutional identity. Public location copy may use an approved neutral label such as "Reeguez Rocks, Angelus Oaks, CA" or "Angelus Oaks, CA."
At the first funding marker: When the $25,772 campaign-progress marker is reached, the venue, Subphonic Events, and The Dome are paid 100% of their earnings accrued so far as operating deposits. Venue accrued earnings include ticket-day fees and $250 for each cabin actually rented by then; unrented cabins do not create a venue cabin fee.
Before the event: A second per-ticket payee deposit/payment is made 15 days before the event for additional per-ticket earnings accrued after the first funding marker.
Deposit refundability: Deposits are refundable under full event cancellation in good faith to both parties, with refund process and timing documented in writing before deposits are paid.
After venue confirmation: All sales are final. Name transfers are allowed (email us the new attendee's name and order details at least 7 days before the event).
Full cancellation: If the event is fully cancelled, attendee refunds are issued through Stripe for the amount paid minus any non-retrievable event costs already spent or committed and not returned to Wook Events LLC.
Venue Status & Advertising
Reeguez Rocks will not advertise using the venue's official name, organizational associations, restricted branding, restricted marks, or institutional identity. Promotional materials may use Reeguez Rocks-owned photos and videos of the facilities only when they do not display restricted names or identifiers. Public campaign language may explain that early ticket sales are needed by a specific date to lock in the intended Angelus Oaks, CA version of the event, and that a replacement venue may be secured if the intended venue cannot be confirmed.
Venue Access
The intended venue rental is expected to include approved event campgrounds, The Bowl for the main stage, the K Lodge as a smaller late-night wind-down stage, campwide bathrooms and showers, K Lodge apartments and kitchen, the K Lodge parking lot for RV usage, limited car camping in campsites 2, 3, 4, 13, 15, and 16, existing restroom/shower/porta potty/waste infrastructure, and family cabins on a per-rental basis. Car camping is split into two $50 options: 50 low-clearance passes for normal passenger vehicles using easier campsite routes, and 50 high-clearance passes for CR-V-like crossovers or similar vehicles that can handle rougher campsite roads while still staying in designated campsites. High-clearance car camping is not intended for low-clearance sedans such as a Civic or Model 3. Attendees may camp only in designated camping areas; no remote or dispersed camping is allowed. Camping placement may be directed by group size. Non-car-camping attendees may use equipment drop-off points closer to campsites before moving vehicles to GA parking. Car-camping arrivals are guided to approved campsites by volunteer staff for traffic flow and safe campsite placement. Vehicles should be backed into camping and parking spaces for easy egress, and car-camping vehicles will be placed with clear exit paths so no vehicle should need to turn around to leave. Once placed, car-camping vehicles do not have in/out privileges; a vehicle may leave only by exiting the event and giving up its car-camping spot, though the attendee may return and park in GA parking. Internal production housing, headline-act lodging, crew and artist meal preparation, sanitation/waste vendor costs funded from contingency, any general-store arrangement, and any venue-approved production power or generator use are handled separately from public attendee access and public cabin inventory.
Age Requirement
This is a 21+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Anyone under 21 will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. BYOB — no bar and no alcohol sales on site.
Entry Screening
At wristband entry, volunteer teams may lightly check vehicles for prohibited items or excessive alcohol. These volunteers support entry flow and observation only; any concern requiring security authority may be escalated by radio to the on-call licensed security guard and event leadership. The security guard is planned to be someone from the Reeguez Rocks community who is familiar with festival security, holds a valid California guard card, and operates through a licensed and insured company.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that attending an outdoor music festival involves inherent risks including but not limited to: uneven terrain, loud music, crowds, weather conditions, and physical activities. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.
Code of Conduct
All attendees must:
- Treat all attendees, staff, and artists with respect
- Follow all venue rules and staff instructions
- Not bring weapons, glass containers, or illegal items
- Not engage in harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Practice consent in all interactions
Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes including social media, aftermovies, and future marketing.
Crowdfunding Model
Reeguez Rocks operates on a two-tier crowdfunding model with a 270-ticket public cap inside a 350-person total on-site cap. Tier I pricing ($200 / $150 / $100) runs from launch until the $25,772 campaign-progress funding marker is reached, at which point accrued earnings are paid 100% to the venue, Subphonic Events, and The Dome, and prices step to Tier II ($240 / $180 / $120). After that marker, every additional ticket helps build artist pay, conditional sound/operating reserve, operations, ambience, workshops, and contingency. The sound upgrade may be repurposed to experience or operating expenses if the model does not hold cleanly. The target model assumes a 30% 4-day / 50% 3-day / 20% 2-day mix, 20% early-arrival sales, 75% total car-camping sales across 50 low-clearance and 50 high-clearance passes, 50% RV sales, and 50% cabin rentals.
If hidden or underestimated required costs arise while tickets are being sold, including vendor, permit, sanitation/waste, insurance, security, medical, venue-use, or other operating costs, Wook Events LLC reserves the right to introduce new or different future pricing tiers. Pricing changes apply only to future purchases and are used to keep the event aligned with the payment structure and required obligations.
Organizer Entity
Ticket revenue is intended to route through Wook Events LLC, a multi-member California LLC formed before ticket sales open. The entity is part of the legal and insurance structure for the event and is separate from any personal organizer bank account.
Anyone contracted to work for the festival or paid by the festival is intended to be structured as a 1099 contractor, including paid artists, production partners, security, medical, vendors, specialized labor, and other paid service providers.
Liability
Reeguez Rocks, its organizers, volunteers, and partners are not liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Personal injury except where caused by gross negligence
- Acts of nature, weather, or other force majeure events
- Actions of other attendees
Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue layout, and other aspects without notice. Lineup changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
