Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or event add-on to Reeguez Rocks 2026, or by creating and using an affiliate account, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions below.
Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
Advance sale status: Reeguez Rocks is scheduled for October 14–19, 2026 near Angelus Oaks, California. The venue agreement, permits, insurance, safety-provider agreements, and some artist/vendor agreements are being finalized. A purchase does not represent that those items are complete. Any legally material event change will be handled under the postponement, reschedule, or cancellation terms below.
Location identity: The event will not publicly use the venue's official name, organizational associations, branding, restricted marks, or institutional identity. Public location copy may use an approved neutral label such as "Reeguez Rocks, Angelus Oaks, CA" or "Angelus Oaks, CA."
Add-on-only orders: Car camping, RV camping, cabins, and Early Arrival may be purchased without a ticket by someone who already has separate valid admission or confirmed guest-list access. Every add-on remains attached to its purchase order, is not festival admission, and does not create a gate-entry code. Early Arrival changes arrival timing only and never grants admission.
Individual purchase cancellations: Unless these terms or applicable law say otherwise, ticket and add-on purchases are final and nonrefundable if the event proceeds as offered.
Event cancellation: If the event is cancelled, the original purchaser will receive a full refund to the original payment method for the ticket price and event-specific add-ons in the order. Reeguez Rocks will process the cancellation refund within 30 calendar days of cancellation and will not deduct sunk, committed, or non-retrievable event costs.
Postponement or rescheduling: If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or replaced as described by applicable California law, we will publish and send the original purchaser a refund-request window lasting at least 30 calendar days after the reschedule notice, or longer if applicable law requires. During that window, the original purchaser may request a full refund of the ticket price and event-specific add-ons to the original payment method instead of attending the new date. Requests may be made by replying to the reschedule notice or emailing reeguezrocks@gmail.com from the original purchaser's email address.
Transfers and refund ownership: An unused admission credential may be transferred through the official transfer page while transfers are available, and the old admission code is invalidated immediately. A transfer changes only who may use that admission credential. It does not transfer or reassign the Stripe order, original-purchaser status, payment method, add-ons, or any right to request or receive an order refund. All organizer-issued refunds go to the original payment method for the original purchaser. A refund of an order invalidates every admission credential in that order, including any transferred credential. A checked-in credential cannot be transferred.
Venue Status & Advertising
Reeguez Rocks will not advertise using the venue's official name, organizational associations, restricted branding, restricted marks, or institutional identity without written approval. Promotional materials may use Reeguez Rocks-owned photos and videos of the facilities only when they do not display restricted names or identifiers and that use is approved. Advance presale buyers acknowledge that the venue agreement is not yet executed. Any future venue change is handled under the published material-change, reschedule, cancellation, and refund terms.
Venue Access
Admission includes designated GA campgrounds, the event stages and lounges, restrooms, showers, and GA parking. Car camping, RV camping, cabins, and Early Arrival require separate add-ons and never replace admission. Event personnel assign all camping and parking placements on arrival; arrive together if you want your group placed together. Low-clearance car camping is for normal passenger vehicles using easier routes. High-clearance car camping is for crossovers or similar vehicles that can safely use rougher campsite roads and is not suitable for low-clearance sedans. Event personnel may redirect a vehicle when its pass does not match arrival conditions. Camp only in designated areas. Once placed, car-camping vehicles do not have in/out privileges; leaving gives up the car-camping placement, although the attendee may return and use GA parking.
Age Requirement
This is a 21+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Anyone under 21 will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. BYOB — no bar and no alcohol sales on site.
Accessibility & Accommodation Requests
The event site is a remote mountain camp with uneven, sloped, and unpaved natural terrain. The final access map will identify parking and drop-off, routes, viewing, camping, toilets, and showers. Before purchasing or as early as possible, contact reeguezrocks@gmail.com with an access question or accommodation request so the organizer can provide current site information and coordinate available arrangements. Service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted; advance contact is encouraged, but not required.
Entry Screening
Trained entry personnel may check for prohibited items or excessive alcohol. Matters requiring security authority are escalated to the event’s licensed security provider and event leadership. Required entry, security, communications, and emergency procedures apply throughout the event.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that attending an outdoor music festival involves inherent risks including but not limited to: uneven terrain, loud music, crowds, weather conditions, and physical activities. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.
Code of Conduct
All attendees must:
- Treat all attendees, event personnel, and artists with respect
- Follow all venue rules and event-personnel instructions
- Not bring weapons, glass containers, or illegal items
- Not engage in harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Practice consent in all interactions
Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes including social media, aftermovies, and future marketing.
Ticket Tiers
Reeguez Rocks has a 270-ticket public cap inside a 350-person total on-site cap. Admission prices advance by the shared public-admission number across all pass types: admissions 1–9 are $200 / $150 / $100 for 4-Day / 3-Day / 2-Day passes; admissions 10–49 are $225 / $175 / $125; admissions 50–99 are $250 / $200 / $150; and admissions 100–270 are $275 / $225 / $175.
Active checkout holds count against the remaining inventory shown for a price release. If an order spans two releases, only the passes still available in the earlier release receive its lower price. The order review and payment page show that price split before purchase. Completed purchases are not repriced.
If required operating costs change while tickets are being sold, the Reeguez Rocks organizers may introduce new or different future pricing tiers. Pricing changes apply only to future purchases.
Affiliate Program
Anyone with a valid email address may create a referral account. The account and its promo code remain inactive until the email recipient uses the private setup link and creates a dashboard password. Setup links expire after 24 hours and may be used once.
An eligible referral gives the buyer 5% off admission tickets and accrues a $5 commission for the affiliate for each completed admission sold. Add-ons receive no affiliate discount and create no affiliate commission. The active referral link or promo code must be present and accepted during checkout; attribution is not added retroactively.
Affiliate statistics and balances are provisional. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, duplicate transactions, payment failures, order cancellation, fraud, automation, or misuse may remove the related admission and commission. Reeguez Rocks may disable or revoke accounts used deceptively, unlawfully, or in a way that harms the event or another person.
Payouts are not automatic. Eligible balances are reviewed after the event and refund reconciliation and require final administrator approval. Before payment, the affiliate may be required to complete Stripe payout onboarding and provide accurate legal, banking, identity, and tax information. The affiliate is responsible for reporting taxable income and is not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Reeguez Rocks.
Program terms may be changed prospectively or the program may be closed to new referrals. A change will not erase an otherwise valid commission already earned on a completed, nonrefunded admission sale.
Organizer
Tickets are sold by the Reeguez Rocks organizers. Questions may be sent to reeguezrocks@gmail.com.
No public work-trade or volunteer-for-admission program is offered for this event.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reeguez Rocks, its organizers, contracted personnel, and partners are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Personal injury except where caused by gross negligence
- Acts of nature, weather, or other force majeure events
- Actions of other attendees
Event Changes
Reasonable schedule, lineup, and venue-layout changes may occur and will be communicated when practicable. This does not limit any refund right required by applicable law. A postponement, rescheduling, replacement, cancellation, or other legally material change will be handled under the refund terms above.
